## Description

Les missions au sein de l'équipe support:
Traiter les demandes utilisateurs via l'outil de ticketing

Prendre en charge et traiter les appels clients de niveau 0 à niveau 1

S'assurer que les mesures appropriées soient prises pour résoudre les tickets d'incidents

Assister les utilisateurs sur les incidents d'ordre matériel et logiciel

Faire un diagnostic exact des problèmes techniques des clients

Escalader la demande au service supérieur

Gérer la maintenance et l'évolution quotidienne du parc informatique
