Must-have * 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering or platform management * Solid expertise on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Aliyun) and/or on prem hosting * Strong understanding of platform governance, landing zones, infrastructure architecture, core services and operating model design. * Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, automation and reusable platform building blocks. * Demonstrated experience with infrastructure licensing governance, cost models, FinOps and vendor management in multi-vendor environments. * Good level of understanding of backup, monitoring and automation tooling. * Strong cybersecurity, compliance and audit awareness. * Excellent written and spoken English, with Good Communication skills. * Ability to operate in a complex, global and matrixed organization, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Soft Skills * Strategic mindset combined with strong technical literacy. * Ownership, leadership presence and continuous improvement mindset ## Description Within Global Technology & Infrastructure (GTI), the Infrastructure Product Group is looking for a Product Owner to lead Hosting & Cloud Platform Management (HCPM). In this role, you will own the enterprise Hosting & Cloud Platform product and ensure secure, compliant, standardized and scalable platform foundations across cloud and on-premises environments. You will act as a key point of accountability for platform governance, architecture guardrails, product evolution and financial stewardship, working with architecture, security, delivery and operations stakeholders across Danone. The scope includes cloud platform and landing zone management, licensing governance, infrastructure core services, infrastructure tooling, backup and monitoring product management, FinOps and cross-charge governance, and coordination with build and run partners. The role is positioned at the intersection of product management, platform governance and infrastructure strategy. YOUR MISSION * Product Owner - Hosting & Cloud Platform: drives roadmap, governance and architecture guardrails across cloud (Azure, AWS, Aliyun) and on-prem environments at Danone * Governance & compliance: defines landing zone standards, core services architecture (DNS, NTP, KMS, RDS) and IaC/DevOps patterns * Licensing & FinOps: manages licensing (Windows Server, SQL Server, Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix) and owns cost model, cross-charge and cloud cost optimization * Tooling & standardization: oversees backup/restore, monitoring, patch management and OS image lifecycle * People management: leads a distributed team of ~10 people (internal/external, multi-region), We are proud to promote diversity and equal opportunity within our teams.
