## About the Role

* You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
 * Proficiency in at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) (mandatory).
 * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
 * Experience in creating and managing backlogs (Epics, User Stories).
 * Ability to model and present business processes, particularly related to customer relationship management.
 * Experience in change management (training materials, communications, user support). Professional English level (mandatory).

## Description

As a Salesforce Product Owner (M/F), you operate across the full Salesforce project cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.

 * Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge business needs
 * Formalise requirements as User Stories and maintain the product backlog
 * Propose functional solutions suited to integration teams
 * Ensure change management (training, communication, user support)
 * Provide an advisory role to stakeholders
 * Participate in testing phases, data migration and go-live deployments
 * Manage priorities and organise the product backlog
 * Actively contribute to overall project management
