## About the Role

* Bac +3 minimum en informatique ou équivalent.
 * Une expérience réussie en tant que Lead est un gros plus.
 * Au moins 5 années d'expérience en automatisation des tests et/ou assurance qualité logicielle.
 * Une certification ISTQB constitue un véritable atout.

Vous maîtrisez tout ou partie des technologies suivantes :

 * Outil d'automatisation : Playwright, Cypress
 * Tests API : Postman
 * Tests de performance
 * Gestion des tests : Squash TM, Zephyr, Xray
 * DevOps : Git, CI/CD, Docker
 * Cloud : AWS ou équivalent
 * Méthodologies Agile

## Description

Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes R&D, nous recherchons un(e) Lead Test Automation afin de structurer, piloter et faire évoluer notre stratégie d'automatisation des tests.

En tant que référent technique, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration continue de la qualité logicielle et de la performance de nos processus de développement. Vous accompagnez les équipes dans l'adoption des meilleures pratiques de Quality Engineering et contribuez à sécuriser les livraisons de nos produits.

Vos missions :

 * Définir la stratégie d'industrialisation des tests automatisés
 * Enrichir le framework utilisé par l'automatisation
 * Développer les tests automatisés (intégration, E2E, acceptation)
 * Mettre en oeuvre les tests de performance, de charge et de stress
 * Intégrer les tests dans les pipelines CI/CD
 * Encadrer et coordonner les automaticiens
 * Garantir la disponibilité des environnements techniques
 * Suivre et communiquer sur les indicateurs qualité
 * Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en matière de Quality Engineering
 * Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métier et techniques.
