 * Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production.
 * Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
 * Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams.
 * Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery.
 * Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting.
 * Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
 * Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
