If the outcome of these checks is not satisfactory, your recommendation for employment will be withdrawn., The Deputy Data Protection Manager supports the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in meeting the organisation’s statutory obligations under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. The role provides operational leadership and delivery of the data protection function, including the day-to-day handling of individual rights requests, advisory support to the business, and maintenance of core compliance frameworks. The postholder will deputise for the DPO where appropriate, ensuring continuity, resilience and timely decision making across the data protection function.
