## Description

1. Production-system maintenance
 * Take over maintenance and iteration of TESO Dock (replenishment/procurement/supplier portal), TESO Dashboard (group ops platform), and Teso Tools.
 * Build docs, monitoring, and on-call rotation to remove single-maintainer risk.

 2. Roadmap development
 * Build the product tax management system, automated KPI dashboards, ticketing system, and HRIS modules per P0/P1 priorities.
 * Contribute to the in-house POS prototype and TESO Store pilot evaluation.

 3. AI-driven development
 * Drive requirement breakdown, code generation, testing, and refactoring with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), materially raising delivery speed.
 * Build the team's AI development workflow (vibe coding), prompt library, and usage standards; evaluate and adopt new tools.

 4. Engineering quality
 * Follow coding standards, reviews, CI/release process - AI-generated code goes through the same review and test gates.
 * Write tests and docs; control technical debt.

 5. Business collaboration
 * Clarify and break down requirements with the manager and stakeholders.
 * Follow adoption feedback and fix defects post-launch.
