Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment visa status. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: * Five years of relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Knowledge of higher education, Extension, research, or public-sector web environments. * Experience leading website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to conduct accessibility and usability assessments and develop remediation recommendations. * Experience developing governance standards, training programs, and content management resources. ## Description * Lead the strategy, development, enhancement, and governance of UTIA's public-facing websites. * Partner with stakeholders to deliver accessible, user-centered, and brand-compliant digital experiences. * Provide expertise in website architecture, content strategy, user experience, accessibility, SEO, and digital communications. * Lead website redesigns, migrations, major enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts informed by analytics, accessibility reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
