## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, or similar technical field (GPA 3.0+).
 * 4+ years of relevant experience.
 * C/C++ (mid-level+) experience is required.
 * Working experience with Python and Java.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
 * Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
 * Strong communication skills (able to brief technical content to senior and government stakeholders).
 * Knowledge of configuration management, software quality concepts, and engineering best practices.
 * Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one., * Experience with embedded missile/aerospace/weapons systems.
 * Familiarity with real-time embedded systems.
 * Experience with open systems architectures and implementation.
 * Knowledge of MOSA (Modular Open Systems Approach).
 * Exposure to containerization, CI/CD, microservices.
 * Understanding of guidance & control, navigation, or mission planning systems.
