Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP) is preferred but not mandatory., * Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field. * Five or more years of SAP functional experience, preferably within SAP SD, MM, PP, or supply-chain processes. * Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting classic SAP ATP. * Experience reviewing an existing ATP setup and recommending improvements. * Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory availability, delivery scheduling, backorder processing, and rescheduling. * Knowledge of checking groups, checking rules, scope of check, transfer of requirements, schedule-line categories, and replenishment lead time. * Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments. * Ability to independently manage requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training activities. * Experience preparing functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. * Ability to explain complex ATP concepts clearly to business users. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge or experience with SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP. * Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to availability checks and backorder processing. * Experience integrating ATP processes with SAP SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, APO, or IBP. * Experience with multi-plant, multi-warehouse, or global order-fulfillment environments. * SAP certification in a relevant functional area. * Previous experience leading business-user workshops and training sessions., * SAP ATP: 7 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) ## Description The consultant will be responsible for the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, current-state assessment, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and business-user training., * Review and assess the customer's existing SAP ATP configuration and business processes. * Conduct workshops with business users to understand current challenges, operational requirements, and desired outcomes. * Analyze the current ATP setup and identify configuration gaps, process limitations, and improvement opportunities. * Recommend appropriate ATP solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices. * Configure and support classic SAP ATP functionality, including: * Availability checks * Checking groups and checking rules * Scope of check * Availability-check control * Schedule-line categories * Transfer of requirements * Replenishment lead time * Backorder processing * Rescheduling * Product allocation, where applicable * Analyze ATP behavior for sales orders, deliveries, stock-transfer orders, production orders, and other relevant transactions. * Review how inventory, planned receipts, purchase orders, production orders, reservations, safety stock, and other supply-and-demand elements affect order confirmation. * Evaluate ATP requirements for different product and SKU categories, including fast-moving, slow-moving, seasonal, constrained, and high-priority products. * Design and configure appropriate confirmation and allocation strategies. * Work closely with SAP SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and other functional and technical teams to ensure proper integration. * Troubleshoot order-confirmation, inventory-availability, backorder, and delivery-scheduling issues. * Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements, interfaces, reports, and custom developments. * Develop detailed test scenarios and scripts for unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. * Execute testing, document results, resolve defects, and support business users during UAT. * Prepare deployment and cutover plans and support production implementation. * Provide post-deployment and hypercare support. * Create configuration documents, process flows, operating procedures, training materials, and user guides. * Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for business users and internal support teams. * Provide ongoing recommendations to improve inventory utilization, order fulfillment, and customer-service levels., Expected Deliverables * Current-state ATP assessment * Gap analysis and improvement recommendations * Future-state ATP solution design * Updated configuration and functional documentation * Functional specifications for required enhancements * Test strategy, test cases, and documented results * Deployment and cutover plan * Business-user training materials and sessions * Knowledge-transfer and post-deployment support ## Related Videos -
