* Manage, support and deliver change initiatives across housing services, from tenancy management to repairs and customer engagement.
 * Work hand in hand with frontline teams, service leads, and IT specialists to turn business challenges into smart practical, solutions.
 * Champion service improvement, digital innovation, and smarter ways of working.
 * Use data, insight, and collaboration to deliver meaningful change that benefits residents and staff alike.
 * Review current housing systems to ensure fit for purpose and fit for use long term.
