## Description

As a CRM Analyst, you will support the delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns through audience selection, campaign analysis, and customer insight generation., * Building and defining customer audiences for targeted CRM campaigns

 * Using SQL and analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
 * Supporting the optimisation of customer targeting strategies across multiple communication channels
 * Creating and maintaining campaign data fields and customer data aggregations
 * Automating reporting processes and contributing to dashboard improvements
 * Ensuring audience selections are accurate, compliant, and aligned with governance requirements
 * Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams to deliver successful campaigns
 * Recommending improvements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour analysis
