## About the Role

* Experience in information security, cyber risk, security operations or IT compliance
 * Strong understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials and GDPR
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and modern security technologies
 * Experience managing vulnerabilities, incidents and security remediation activities
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
 * Someone who enjoys getting stuck in and making a visible impact

Bonus Points If You Have

 * Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Intune or Purview
 * Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ or ISO 27001
 * Experience within manufacturing, logistics or operational environments

## Description

We're looking for an experienced IT Security & Compliance Manager to play a key role in protecting our business, systems and people. This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle real security challenges, drive continuous improvement and help strengthen our cyber resilience across Paranova Print and Packaging. Based within our IT team, you'll work closely with technical specialists, business stakeholders and external security partners to keep security at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Leading security, risk and compliance initiatives across the business
 * Driving vulnerability management, incident response and security improvements
 * Working with IT teams, suppliers and security partners to strengthen controls
 * Managing audits, compliance activities and supplier assurance reviews
 * Translating technical risks into clear business actions
 * Helping build a strong, practical security culture that enables the business to thrive
