## About the Role

* Software engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience, education, and technical training.
 * Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Node.js, and object-oriented programming principles.
 * Designing, implementing, and supporting system integrations using APIs, messaging frameworks, and batch processing solutions.
 * Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex production issues within highly available, business-critical environments.
 * Working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution architecture, development, testing, release management, deployment, and production support.
 * Leading complex technology initiatives, driving technical delivery, and mentoring software engineers and development teams.

Technical Skills

 * Programming Languages: Java, Node.js, or other object-oriented programming languages.
 * Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes.
 * Databases: PostgreSQL (preferred); exposure to Databricks and/or Snowflake is highly desirable.
 * Monitoring & Development Tools: GitHub Copilot (GHCP), Grafana, Claude Code, and modern software engineering toolchains.
