* Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
 * Experience or exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or Microsoft AI technologies.
 * Knowledge of Dataverse, Power FX, JSON, JavaScript, and API integrations.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM processes.
 * Exposure to Microsoft Foundry or other AI development platforms.
 * Experience delivering automation projects within a corporate or professional services environment.

 * Creating automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and RPA tools.
