## About the Role

## Description

Provide first-line technical support to staff and students, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure., * Helpdesk Operations

 * Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone or Helpdesk system.
 * Log, track, and resolve tickets using Jira Helpdesk software, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
 * Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support or external vendors as required.
 * Provide guidance and Support to staff and students on IT systems and best practices.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Technical Support

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software.
 * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
 * Support Office 365, Windows 11 builds, and other enterprise software deployments.

System Administration

 * Assist with Active Directory management, user account setup, and permissions.
 * Assist with Microsoft Azure management.
