You should also have: * Strong general IT skills, with experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues * Experience using Microsoft Office 365 * Knowledge of Wi-Fi, routers, LAN and remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk or ConnectWise * Familiarity with website and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or similar * Confidence managing business social media channels and creating digital content using Canva * Excellent communication skills with a patient, professional approach to supporting colleagues and clients * Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to take ownership of problems Experience with WordPress and front-end website design would be particularly useful, although this isn't essential. ## Description An exciting and unique opportunity has become available at Fisher Motor Factors for a versatile and proactive IT & Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working across different areas of a business. You'll be our go-to person for day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting, while also helping us manage and develop our website, e-commerce activity and digital presence., IT & Network Support * Provide day-to-day IT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues * Set up and maintain computers, printers, software and user access * Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, routers, LAN and wider networking issues, helping keep our systems reliable and effective Remote Client Support * Remotely access client computers to diagnose and resolve technical issues with paint management software as directed by our suppliers. * Provide clear, professional support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ConnectWise or similar Website & E-Commerce * Manage the back end of our website and online shop, including products, inventory, content and user access * Troubleshoot website issues and support the ongoing development and improvement of our online presence * Front-end website design experience, particularly WordPress, would be advantageous but isn't essential Social Media & Digital Content * Manage and maintain our presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn * Create, schedule and publish engaging content, using Canva to produce digital graphics and promotional material * Support wider digital campaigns and help keep our online presence active and professional * Support our Sales Team with ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
