Nous recrutons un technicien support bureautique pour accompagner les utilisateurs d'un client situé à Paris 9e. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible, 100 % sur site. Vos missions - Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs et résoudre leurs incidents bureautiques. - Assurer le support sur Windows 11, Microsoft 365 et iPhone. - Réaliser des opérations courantes d'administration Active Directory dans un environnement Microsoft hybride. Votre profil Vous êtes à l'aise dans le support aux utilisateurs. Vous faites preuve de fiabilité, de réactivité, d'adaptabilité et d'un bon sens du service. Conditions du poste - Mission prévue jusqu'à fin décembre 2026 au minimum, avec possibilité de prolongation. - Horaires : du lundi au jeudi de 9 h à 18 h ; le vendredi de 9 h à 17 h.
