You have built real workflows with them for yourself and others, and you can tell a demo from a thing that works. * Technically fluent, not technically employed. You can hold your own with an IT director, read an integration diagram, and follow a permissions conversation. You do not need to write production code and you are relieved not to. * A teacher. People leave a session with you able to do the thing. Comfortable in front of a room and on a screen share. * Plain written and spoken English. Short sentences, no jargon. * Based in or near Chicago, able to be on client sites most weeks. ## Description Every company in America bought AI licenses in the last two years. Walk into most of them on a normal Tuesday and the monthly report is still being built the way it was in 2019. The seats are paid for. A few people are quietly getting a lot out of them. Everyone else opened it once, got a confident wrong answer, and went back to work. That gap is the job. We got pulled into this because Andes Path clients kept asking. It turns out the hard part of AI adoption at a 200-person law firm or a physical therapy operator is not the model. It is deciding what is actually worth changing, getting it set up inside the rules IT already has, and staying around long enough that people learn it. Vendors sell licenses and leave. Consultancies sell a deck and a 90-day pilot. We do the part in between, and we keep doing it. We think AI is going to change how most office work gets done. We also think most of what gets said about it on LinkedIn is noise. AI tools are always confident and sometimes correct, and the value shows up when someone with judgment is standing next to the person using them. That someone is you. You are a Product Manager pointed at a client instead of a product. You run the strategy, you guide the setup, and you shape the teaching. A support team in Chile delivers the day-to-day help behind you. Andes Path engineers are there when something genuinely has to be built, which is less often than everyone thinks. This is a high-trust role with real scope, autonomy, and impact.
