## About the Role

* 3-5+ years of experience supporting Hyland OnBase environments.
 * Hands-on experience with enterprise document management systems.
 * Experience working with REST API integrations and troubleshooting.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft IIS administration.
 * Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and experience supporting change and release management processes.

## Description

* Administer, support, and maintain the Hyland OnBase platform and related document management services.
 * Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure optimal user experience and platform stability.
 * Configure, troubleshoot, and support OnBase integrations utilizing REST APIs.
 * Support document capture, workflow, and document management capabilities within the OnBase ecosystem.
