## About the Role

* 5+ years in enterprise consulting, forward-deployed engineering or AI implementation roles.
 * Hands-on with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Flows, Apex and Data Cloud integrations.
 * Strong grasp of LLM behavior, agent evaluation, security and enterprise CRM data governance.

## Description

* Co-locate with customer teams to design, prototype and ship Agentforce agents, prompts, actions and guardrails in production Salesforce environments.
 * Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration and CRM-integrated workflows across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Data Cloud.
 * Translate business outcomes into working AI capabilities, run enablement workshops and hand off sustainable runbooks to customer teams.
