The position supports secure and non-secure networks, maintains NIPRNet and SIPRNet connectivity, administers systems and user accounts, ensures cybersecurity compliance, and provides technical support throughout installations within Jordan., * Administer and maintain NIPR/SIPR network environments. * Troubleshoot workstation, network, and system issues. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests. * Ensure cybersecurity and Information Assurance compliance. * Support command-and-control (C2) systems. * Maintain system documentation and configuration management records. * Process DD Form 2875 access requests. * Coordinate hardware and software deployments. * Monitor network performance and resolve outages. * Support vulnerability management and cyber hygiene initiatives. * Provide monthly reports and technical status updates., · Ability to access NIPRNet systems when required by assigned duties · Compliance with all Department of Defense security requirements and applicable security regulations. Work Schedule · 40-hour workweek · Monday through Friday · Normal duty hours: 0800-1700 · After-hours troubleshooting may be required for critical system outages · Availability for system maintenance windows as necessary · Occasional after-hours support may be required to support mission requirements · U.S. Federal Holidays observed in accordance with contract requirements · Host Nation holiday work may be required as directed by the Government
