You will develop your professional network and leadership skills as you support a wide variety of network-related solutions, utilizing your technical skillset and business understanding to help solve critical business problems. * This role will collaborate with the LAN team and other technical teams to provide network support across all Americas locations., * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN issues, and replace defective components as needed * Respond as needed to support requests related to LAN development and support * Provide off-shift support for critical incidents; team members rotate through an on-call schedule, requiring occasional off-shift and weekend support calls * Work directly with business partners and vendors on infrastructure integration as needed * Design and implement processes and process improvements to aid in development and support * Follow ITSM process and documentation for all changes * Collaborate with other technical teams to plan and execute changes (e.g., firewall, VPN, wireless, NAC) * Advise business partners on technical questions and issues in the LAN space
