* Definition und Aufbau eines zentralen internationalen Produktkatalogs als "Single Source of Truth" zur strukturgenauen und redundanzfreien Verwaltung von Produktdaten über den gesamten Artikel-Lebenszyklus
 * Fortlaufende Steuerung der Datenqualität sowie Gestaltung einer einheitlichen Hierarchielogik
 * Definition einer "Attribut-Status-Matrix" mit harten Gate-Kriterien und Data Quality Rules zur Steuerung von Mikro- und Makro-Status (z. B. "Buy ready", "Shop floor ready")
 * Cross-funktionale Erarbeitung der prozessualen und technischen Grundlagen für die Anlage und Anreicherung von Artikelobjekten, Spezifikationen und Attributen
