 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Data Governance, Master Data Management und Data Quality
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Transformations- oder Digitalisierungsprogramme.
 * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe um kurz-, mittel- und langfristige Unternehmensziele in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
 * Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke und Ergebnisorientierung.
 * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

* Entwickeln und setzen Sie eine langfristige Datenplattform-Strategie um, die unsere Unternehmensziele optimal unterstützt.
 * Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Design, Betrieb, Skalierung und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung moderner Systeme.
 * Führen, entwickeln und fördern Sie ein Team aus hochmotivierten Daten- und Plattform-Experten, um gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu schaffen.
 * Sorgen Sie für eine hohe Datenqualität, Datensicherheit und die Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen, sowohl intern als auch extern.
 * Arbeiten Sie eng mit nationalen und internationalen Business-Funktionen, IT-Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um datengetriebene Lösungen erfolgreich umzusetzen.
