Desirable * Previous experience as a Forward-Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Delivery Lead or similar customer-facing role. * Experience building AI applications using modern LLM, agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience. * Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud). * Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent. * Experience working in consulting, professional services or technology delivery environments. ## Description We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to shape, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions directly alongside our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines strategic architecture, software engineering and AI delivery expertise. Working across both pre-sales and implementation, you will assess opportunities, design scalable architectures, build working solutions and lead the first delivery increments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, technically robust and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes., * Design and lead end-to-end solution architectures that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. * Take technical ownership of AI and software solutions through design, build, integration, testing and deployment. * Build APIs, integrations, data pipelines and cloud-native solutions that enable scalable AI applications. * Evaluate, implement and optimise ML and LLM technologies, balancing performance, cost and risk. * Lead client discovery, requirements gathering and feasibility assessments to identify high-value AI opportunities.
