Relevant testing certifications, such as ISTQB, are welcomed but not essential. It Would Be Great If You Also Have * Experience working on complex systems integration or transformation programmes. * Knowledge of data-intensive solutions and testing approaches. * Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members. * Experience implementing modern test automation frameworks and practices. * Knowledge of Air Traffic Management (ATM) or similar operational environments. ## Description In this role, you will lead the test strategy and help drive continuous improvement across our testing approach. You'll work closely with customers, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure quality is built into every stage of the programme. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing best practice, and helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes. Whether your background is in systems integration, software delivery, or large-scale transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
