## About the Role

* You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within a HR or business support environment.
 * You will be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook & Powerpoint, and experience in using online graphic design platforms e.g. Canva
 * Candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally and a strong level of numeracy with the ability to accurately calculate, interpret and manage numerical information
 * You will be confident and professional in the use of social media with the ability to utilise relevant platforms effectively within a work environment.
 * Have a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism with a strong understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information.
 * Have strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy., * Administrative: 3 years (required)

## Description

* Supercharge our recruitment: Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, post engaging job adverts, schedule interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
 * Own the employee lifecycle: Issue contracts, manage the HR database, and deliver seamless onboarding and induction days for new starters.
 * Guard our compliance: Administer vital pre-employment checks (DBS, references, professional registrations) and keep our HR system fully up to date.
 * Be the voice of HR support: Act as the first point of contact for daily staff queries, manage the HR inbox, and help coordinate training bookings.
 * Boost employee engagement: Help roll out staff surveys and celebrate team milestones like birthdays and long-service awards.
 * Support business operations: Work closely with the HR Director and HR Manager to streamline internal processes, while managing office health & safety, property management and ISO support.
