Desirable criteria * React or another modern frontend framework. * Python/Django. * Git or GitHub. * REST APIs and integrating frontend and backend systems. * Relational databases or data modelling. * Content management systems. * AWS or another cloud platform. * Web accessibility, automated testing or software security fundamentals. Behaviours * Curious, proactive and willing to learn. * Comfortable asking for clarification and transparent when stuck or unsure. * Receptive to guidance, feedback and code review. * Detail-focused when developing, testing and documenting work. * Practical and interested in building useful, reliable software. * Positive, flexible and able to adapt when priorities change. * Able to work independently on clearly defined tasks while knowing when to seek support. ## Description LearningCog is a leadership, management and sales training and development consultancy. We work closely with organisations to create practical learning solutions that improve individual, team and business performance. Technology is an important part of how we deliver and develop those solutions. As Junior Software Developer, you will support the continued development, testing and improvement of LearningCog's digital products and internal technology platforms. Working with the Software Developer and the wider LearningCog team, you will contribute to real projects while receiving guidance, feedback and practical experience. As your skills and confidence grow, you will take ownership of increasingly complex work. This is an early-career role.
