## Description

Full time administrator and helpdesk coordinator required for a reactive property maintenance company located in Southend-On-Sea which executes works in central London.

Responsibilities

 * Customer service skills.
 * Receiving acceptance of works instruction via phone, email or client portal.
 * Uploading works instruction/details to company portal.
 * Manage schedules for engineers and allocating work to third parties where required.
 * Coordinating works with clients from start to finish with all necessary updates throughout the duration.
 * Maintain and organize company records, both electronic and paper files.
 * Issuing compliance certificates to clients.
 * Update and maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and records.
 * Organizing and ordering of materials in certain circumstances.
 * Producing quotes.
