Strongly backend-only or frontend-only profiles are not a fit for this role. * Deep, recent, hands-on TypeScript experience in production, with concrete examples of complex systems you have shipped. * Experience building and scaling high-throughput distributed systems in the cloud on AWS, managed with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform. * Working fluency across a modern web stack: React, Node/Express, GraphQL/Apollo, and PostgreSQL. * A sharp eye for security, given the sensitivity of the data involved. * Able to work remotely on U.S. business hours, with a history of steady tenure and clear progression (typically at least 2 years per role). Nice to Haves * Experience designing and scaling complex relational database schemas. * Background in fintech. * Familiarity with modern AI product development practices such as evals, experiment design, and dataset curation. * An SRE-minded approach to building reliable, observable, low-maintenance infrastructure. * An active GitHub and personal side projects. ## Description This is a senior/staff full-stack individual-contributor role where you ship to production early and quickly take ownership of mission-critical work., * Designing, building, and launching complex, multi-step AI agents that customers rely on to automate operational workflows. * Integrating with third-party services APIs for document generation, automated decisioning, and fraud prevention. * Building the next generation of the platform's job-processing infrastructure on AWS for a more observable, reliable back end.
