What You'll Do: Join our Middle Office TC & Vista Infrastructure team as a Software Engineer within the TEDRA Department. Collaborate with a global squad to enhance and maintain large-scale distributed multi-application enrichment and allocation systems. * Drive major renovation projects, upgrading applications to the latest tech stack (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3+, Gradle, MongoDB, Kafka) to improve reliability, scalability, and observability. * Streamline processes by identifying synergies across systems, reducing redundancy, and optimising maintenance. * Design, develop, and test strategic initiatives to meet evolving business and regulatory needs. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving inter-process communication, threading, memory management, data enrichment logic, messaging systems, databases, and caching. * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback across teams and related systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software adhering to best practices, security standards, and design patterns while ensuring performance, uptime, and scalability.
