## About the Role

* Proven professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft, depending on the position;
 * Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tester or Technical Package Specialist;
 * Good understanding of HR systems, business processes and enterprise application environments;
 * Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
 * Proficiency in English

Nice to Have

 * Knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.

 * Luxembourg
 * Hybrid working model with 3 mandatory days per week at the client's office
 * Candidates living far from the work location must be willing to relocate to Luxembourg or the surrounding area, unless they can commute regularly.

## Description

Join our prestigious client's international team and contribute to strategic technology and digital transformation projects involving Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft. We are recruiting for the following positions:

 * Business Analyst
 * Project Manager
 * Software Tester
 * Technical Package Specialist

General Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

 * Contributing to the implementation, migration, enhancement and support of Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft solutions;
 * Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements;
 * Coordinating project activities, stakeholders, timelines, risks and deliverables;
 * Preparing and executing functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing;
 * Configuring, maintaining and supporting HR applications and related technical components;
 * Working closely with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders;
 * Preparing functional and technical documentation, reports and project updates;
 * Supporting issue analysis, troubleshooting and continuous process improvement;
 * Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project activities.
