## Description

* Erstellung und Pflege von Capability Maps zur Transparenz von Prioritäten, Reifegraden und Handlungsfeldern
 * Abstimmung von Prioritäten zwischen Business und IT sowie Koordination von Abhängigkeiten über Teams hinweg
 * Aufbereitung von Handlungsoptionen, Trade-offs und fundierten Empfehlungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage
 * Übersetzung strategischer Ziele in umsetzbare Roadmaps inklusive Sequenzierung und Meilensteinplanung
 * Erstellung adressatengerechter Visualisierungen (z. B. Heatmaps) und verständliche Kommunikation von Erkenntnissen
 * Weiterentwicklung der EA-Arbeitsweisen durch den Einsatz wiederverwendbarer Methoden, Templates und Best Practices
