This opportunity is ideal for an engineering leader who enjoys balancing people management with technical leadership. The organization is investing heavily in platform modernization, AI-assisted software development, cloud-native architecture, and engineering scalability. The selected candidate will have significant influence over technical direction, delivery execution, platform evolution, and engineering culture while helping build and strengthen a growing Dallas-area presence., * Lead two engineering teams consisting of approximately 10 engineers

 * Drive engineering execution, planning, and delivery
 * Participate in architecture and system design discussions
 * Coach engineers and technical leads
 * Improve software quality and development practices
 * Partner with Product and Engineering leadership
 * Support modernization efforts and platform scalability initiatives
 * Build strong collaboration between U.S. and offshore teams
 * Establish metrics and accountability frameworks
 * Promote adoption of AI development tools and best practices
