Preferred Qualifications * Epic Willow Inpatient certification and/or Epic Willow Inventory certification. * Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Informatics, or healthcare IT experience. * Two or more years of experience supporting Epic or other electronic health record systems. * Experience with hospital pharmacy operations, inventory management, formulary management, medication dispensing, and medication administration workflows. * Experienceparticipatingin EHR implementation or optimization projects. * Familiarity with medication safety standards and regulatory requirements. Skills and Competencies * Strong understanding of hospital and ambulatory pharmacy workflows. * Ability to translate operational requirements into Epic system design. * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. * Knowledge of medication-use processes and pharmacy operations. * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Experience with Epic tools including Hyperspace, Reporting Workbench, Radar, Sherlock, and Cogito (preferred). * Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills. * Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and protect sensitive information. The American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that reasonable accommodations be made for qualified individuals to help perform the essential functions of the position. ## Description The Epic Willow Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of the Epic Willow application suite, including Willow Inpatient Pharmacy, Willow Inventory, and related medication management workflows.
