## About the Role

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
 * Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
 * Ability to manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and clear paper jams.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to assist end users with device functionality.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Description

* Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
 * Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
 * Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
 * Execute scripted change management activities in accordance with incident, change, and problem management processes.
 * Maintain daily production goals, exceed response time expectations, and support operational plans with minimal supervision.
