## Description

Als IT-Projektleiter (m/w/d) bei der Faszination GmbH in Karlsruhe übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten für Sicherheitsbehörden und den öffentlichen Sektor. Sie steuern interdisziplinäre Teams und tragen zum Erfolg unserer Projekte bei, indem Sie Ihre Erfahrung und Führungsqualitäten in anspruchsvollen Umgebungen einbringen.

 * Führung und Koordination von IT-Projekten im Bereich Sicherheitsbehörden und öffentlicher Sektor.
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektabläufe zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung.
 * Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschritt.
 * Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung der projektspezifischen Anforderungen.
 * Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers zwischen Teams und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Projektmethodiken.
