## About the Role

The responsibility of a floor supervisor is to ensure shift operations are run efficiently through the optimization of resources and time with an emphasis on safety. Supervisors are tasked to have good attitudes, build positive working relationships, have a high degree of accountability and follow-up., * HS graduate or equivalent

 * Working knowledge of professional office practices and procedures

 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet browser and Social Media platforms

 * Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and implement operating procedures and instructions (Fluent in English and Spanish)

 * Proficiency & experience with data entry

 * Familiarity with basic web searches, database queries

 * Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel, general public in a professional and effective manner

 * Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

 * Demonstrated ability to sustain strong attention to detail and execute complex instructions with precision
