How you make a difference:
The Business Intelligence Developer I helps implement, maintain, and support enterprise reporting systems used across primary and secondary business functions. This role works with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop reporting solutions. The position creates and maintains queries, dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and other operational reports. The Business Intelligence Developer I also validates reporting data, addresses data quality and performance issues, and supports data governance and documentation efforts., * Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate business needs into reporting solutions.

 * Write, test, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
 * Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards, visualizations, KPI scorecards, charts, filters, drilldowns, and navigation features.
 * Extract, transform, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources while resolving quality, integrity, and performance issues.
 * Maintain database documentation and apply data governance, security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
