This goes beyond training or proof-of-concept activity and is a key requirement for the role. * Excellent knowledge of Oracle BI administration, configuration and reporting. * Strong experience with Oracle Fast Formula, workforce structures and HR system design. * Working experience of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including configuration and ongoing administration. * Strong understanding and working knowledge of Oracle security models, roles and access controls. * Good understanding of payroll systems, processes and associated compliance considerations. * Experience delivering and supporting HR system integrations. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset. * Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * A collaborative approach and a passion for improving colleague experiences through technology. ## Description So are we.
