## About the Role

* Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and basic networking.
 * Strong organisation skills and the ability to balance support requests with project deadlines.
 * Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
 * Attention to detail and confidence working independently and as part of a team.
 * Experience supporting or coordinating projects would be an advantage.

## Description

We're looking for an organised, proactive IT Support & Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day technical support and help keep IT projects on track.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting colleagues and coordinating tasks from start to finish.

What you'll do

 * Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, email and connectivity issues.
 * Set up and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals and user accounts.
 * Log, prioritise and resolve support requests, escalating more complex issues where needed.
 * Support staff onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and access arrangements.
 * Coordinate IT project activities, schedules and milestones.
 * Track progress, maintain project documentation and follow up on outstanding actions.
 * Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and external IT providers.
 * Maintain accurate IT asset records and user guidance.
