Physical Requirements * Able to lift and move IT equipment safely. * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. * Able to stand and move around the warehouse for extended periods. ## Description * Receive, inspect and accurately log incoming customer IT equipment. * Perform asset audits using internal asset management systems and barcode scanning. * Test desktop PCs, laptops, servers, networking equipment and peripherals to determine functionality. * Carry out hardware diagnostics, repairs and component upgrades where appropriate. * Perform certified data erasure using approved software and processes in line with industry standards. * Generate data erasure reports and asset documentation for customer records. * Prepare refurbished equipment for redeployment, resale or customer return. * Package and palletise equipment safely for shipment. * Maintain accurate inventory records throughout every stage of the asset lifecycle. * Ensure warehouse stock locations remain organised and accurately managed. * Support customer lifecycle projects including deployments, refresh programmes and decommissioning activities. * Identify equipment suitable for refurbishment, harvesting of parts or environmentally responsible recycling. * Follow all health & safety procedures within the warehouse. * Maintain security of customer assets and confidential information at all times. * Assist with warehouse housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support engineers and project teams during busy operational periods.
