## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
 * Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Recruiting.
 * Strong understanding of HR processes and the Workday HCM ecosystem.
 * Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation and testing.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience working within large-scale transformation or enterprise environments.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider project and technical teams.

Desirable

 * Experience across additional Workday HCM modules.
 * Experience with Workday integrations and working alongside technical/integration teams.
 * Previous experience delivering Workday transformation or implementation projects.
 * Workday certifications.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join a key transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract., The successful candidate will have strong functional experience across Workday HCM, with particular expertise in the Talent and Recruiting modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and other Workday specialists to support the successful delivery and optimisation of the platform., * Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Talent and Recruiting.

 * Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
 * Support configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancement of Workday functionality.
 * Lead or support workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping.
 * Manage functional issues, defects and change requests through to resolution.
 * Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
 * Support UAT, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
 * Produce clear functional documentation and contribute to project governance and reporting.
 * Provide advice on Workday best practice and opportunities to improve HR processes.
