## About the Role

We're looking for someone with experience in video production, post-production editing, motion graphics and digital content creation, with strong skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign., * Experience creating engaging digital content from concept through to delivery, including video, motion graphics, photography and graphic design.

 * Strong video production and editing skills, with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other creative software.

 * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.

 * A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to bring ideas to life through compelling multimedia content.

 * Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate with colleagues, partner hospices and external stakeholders.

 * An understanding of brand management and the importance of maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.

 * Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

 * A willingness to travel across Great Britain when required, with access to your own vehicle.

 * Most importantly, a passion for using your creativity to make a difference and help generate vital funding for hospice care.
