## About the Role

* Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
 * Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
 * Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
 * Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
 * Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
 * Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
 * Experience in system design

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 * Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
 * Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Cutting-edge AI - large generative models served on GPU fleets, plus large language models that analyze and enrich content before it's generated.
Serious engineering breadth - low-latency streaming services, GPU model inference, and large-scale distributed batch processing, all on AWS (ECS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3).
A roadmap you'll help shape - expanding into new capabilities, new languages, and richer, more controllable generation.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities

 * Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously, some on a global scale

 * Interact with engineers, scientists, project managers and senior management on a daily basis

 * Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles

 * Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs

 * Work with scientists and software development teams to help define scope of products and enhancements we will be building

 * Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up
