## About the Role

We are looking for skilled Front End Developers who like working on complex, performant applications!, As part of the team, you could:Lead the development of modern front-end architecture, delivering highly responsive and interactive web interfaces that prioritise usability and performance.Take ownership of building new greenfield digital products from initial concept through to production release.Engineer complex, data-intensive web platforms and analytical tools capable of supporting exabytes worth of datasets and demanding workflows.Work cross-functionally with product leadership, design teams, and technical stakeholders to transform functional requirements into robust application features.Produce high-quality front-end code that emphasises reusability, stability, and long-term maintainability within a scalable application architecture.
We are looking for engineers who have:A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.Demonstrated expertise developing production-grade applications using the React ecosystem.Prior exposure to trading or FinTech environments would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.A natural curiosity and passion for technology, actively keeping up with new frameworks, tooling, and industry best practices.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
