Hands-on AWS engineering expertise is not required. * Good understanding of enterprise networking, databases, infrastructure, security, and application dependencies. * Experience building and maintaining project roadmaps and managing schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation plans. * Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience working within enterprise technology delivery environments. * Ability to assess and communicate upstream/downstream impacts of infrastructure and cloud changes. * Strong stakeholder management skills, including coordinating across multiple teams and gaining commitments without direct authority. * Strong executive communication skills with the ability to turn complex technical discussions into clear status, risk, impact, and decision points. * Solid experience with Excel for project tracking, reporting, and analysis.
