You get it done by thinking strategically and executing tactically; You have experience working in cross-functional teams creating a product vision and go-to-market approach for a payments product; You understand how payments work and have ideally built payments products that are today used in large enterprises or banks; You are equally comfortable working on technical architecture, compliance requirements, legal obligations and commercial models and able to shape and influence thinking on these points; You are customer-focused at heart - at Wise, they always come first, so you need to be enthusiastic about helping our customers and delivering on our mission; You are curious to learn about Spend management, Travel, Workforce, Education and Marketplace platforms, and eager to design a product that will help them and their customers experience better international payment experience; You don't accept the status quo, but are interested in solving problems in novel ways. You are able to communicate the impact of those ideas and formulate plans to implement them. You are able to create strong relationships with other teams within your company, evangelise your plans, and get people to support these plans so you can deliver value faster. ## Description You'll work on building the Wise Platform product for Online Platforms and Marketplaces - ensuring our partners can offer their customers a world class international payment experience. Our documentation is public - check these out to start understanding the current product. You'll build a deep understanding of how tech enterprises and marketplaces service their customers, and how Wise can embed our own payment experience within their platform, to ultimately help them offer a faster, cheaper and more convenient way to move their customers' money across borders. This involves joining calls with customers, working closely with the commercial team, and building the right feedback loop between product and commercial to feed into your roadmap. You'll actually work in a cross-functional team, with sales, marketing, delivery, compliance and operations, and lead a team of engineers to deliver at pace for our platform customers. You'll own the vision and roadmap for this team, and be fully autonomous on the direction you're taking.
