## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree completed, Master's in progress, at least one year remaining, available 15h+/week.
 * Solid Python skills: you write, read and debug code independently. AI tools are part of the job - use them, but understand, judge and own the output.
 * Hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar.
 * Background in chemical or process engineering, chemistry, computer science or physics.
 * Structured and proactive problem-solver, comfortable with large real-world datasets.
 * Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
